Between rounds, you can always purchase items if you wish, but there aren't many nag screens. Early on, I received a tiny pop-up with a unique offer, and then nothing more. With the garbage "free" games out there, you frequently encounter crippling limitations that make it feel like you can genuinely play for free. You're unlikely to spend money on Cyber Fk if you're not the sort to spend money on games.
Following my encounter with Johnny Shotgun, a huge SOB who continued to kill me despite the fact that I had used my hard-earned, unpaid-for jewels to unlock every possible option, I nearly removed the last paragraph.
