If you want your video to be featured, I'm sure they have a long list of rules that you'll need to follow.
The thumbnails are arranged in sections beneath the banner. Latest Videos comes first, followed by Top Girls, Top Videos, and lastly, Most Popular Tags. Certainly a typical layout for a pornography website. It's simple to use, efficient, and clean. In the lower right-hand corner of the thumbnail, each video (and girl) has a rating.
I am saddened to hear that when you hover your mouse over the thumbnails, no previews are displayed. By now, this should be a common sense feature for adult websites, since it greatly facilitates content browsing and video selection. Therefore, especially on a pay site, it is a little depressing to see that feature so obviously lacking.
However, after clicking into a video, I have to admit that the media player is rather good. Fortunately, you can at least get a sense of what's ahead in the video by moving your cursor over the scrub bar. For amateur pornography, the videos are also unexpectedly high-quality. The outstanding camera work, the attractiveness of the girls, and the high-definition quality of the videos might make it difficult to tell if these videos involve a professional studio, directors, or producers.
Lack of Participation, Positive Characteristics
In addition to excellent streaming and video quality, True Amateurs provides a few community-oriented features, such as "like" and "dislike" buttons, as well as the ability to leave comments. It might seem obvious, but a site that charges its users a monthly subscription fee should at the very least upload at least one video per month, even if that would be a small number in comparison to the majority of pay sites. True Amateurs, on the other hand, hasn't published anything in over a year. They last shared a video on October 25, 2017.
A different business model may really need to be taken into consideration by this site. At least if their lack of updates results from not having enough (or good enough) material. Perhaps they should give things a little bit of thought. I don't know the answer, but I do know that their crowdsourcing approach doesn't seem to be effective right now. Perhaps they should start by filming amateurs in a small, minimalist studio.
I adore True Amateurs overall. The concept of crowdsourcing high-quality amateur porn is fantastic, and I enjoy the content, the fact that the girls are all extremely attractive (which, as I'm sure you are aware, is unfortunately uncommon on amateur porn sites), and the fact that the porn is both good and full-length. Regrettably, they haven't yet discovered a genuinely commodifiable way to make it work. I truly believe that, at least for the time being, True Amateurs will need to rethink how they conduct business in order to be successful.
